We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer & Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. The successful candidate should be proficient in various design software and have a strong understanding of current web technologies and trends. Responsibilities: 1) Design visually stunning and intuitive websites that align with client requirements and brand guidelines. 2) Develop and maintain design guidelines, templates, and standards for the organization. 3) Optimize web designs for maximum speed and scalability. 4) Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 5) Conduct regular website maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Requirements: 1) Proven work experience as a Web Designer/Developer. 2) Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. ). 3) Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 4) Experience with responsive and adaptive design. 5) Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. 6) Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 7) Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
