Job Description

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. · Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse or distribution management with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. · Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management software, and general logistics practices. · Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork. · Experience implementing safety programs and compliance. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. · Ability to analyze data, generate reports and make data-driven recommendations. · Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement. · Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation and maintenance. · Experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses.
