Education:

• BE - Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, Industrial, Materials Science Engineering.

• Min 2-4 Yrs. in Mechanical Design - Preferably in Medical Devices, Oil & Gas, Precision Manufacturing, etc.

Skills:

• Modelling, Drafting

• Calculation of the machine design

• Preferably P&ID & Analysis (CFD/ Structural, Nonlinear, etc.),

• Component Selection based on the requirement,

• Communication with the Suppliers, Internal customers, Production, Project team

Knowledge

• Mechanical Design Basics
• Preferably Hydraulics/ Pneumatics background.
• Should have the new product development process knowledge (steps involved)
• Should have worked on the machine design following the new product development
• Process
• Good to have Retrofit/ Correction work knowledge and its process (Change Request)

Key Responsibilities:

Accepts role requirement

1. Nature of work - new product Engineering or Continuous Improvement or Retrofit

2. Creation of Model, Drawing, Bill of Materials for the New Product Design.

3. Creation of the Retrofit Procedure

4. Ownership of the Gas Panel Design

5. Initiate and Convene status meeting or design review meeting with US Design Engineering Team/NPME Team. (Mostly in the Evening time - Around 9/10 PM)
