What We're Looking For:

• Mandatory: MBA in Human Resources

  from a recognized institution.

• Proven experience (2-4 years) in IT recruitment

  , preferably within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and industry trends (e.g., Software Development, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• A positive attitude, pro-active approach, and a genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment trends.
