Positions Available: IT Recruiter Experience Required: 2-3 years Education: MBA in HR (Mandatory) What We're Looking For: Mandatory: MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution. Proven experience (2-3 years) in IT recruitment , preferably within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment. Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and industry trends (e.g., Software Development, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, etc.). Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets. A positive attitude, pro-active approach, and a genuine passion for connecting talent with opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
