Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to lead our digital presence across B2C and B2B segments. The role involves planning, content creation, engagement, and performance tracking to build Radiance’s brand and drive leads.

Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute separate strategies for B2C (homeowners) and B2B (dealers, architects, designers)
• Identify and manage relevant platforms:
• B2C: Instagram, Facebook
• B2B: LinkedIn

2. Content Creation & Visual Communication

• Coordinate professional photography & videography of completed sites (kitchens, wardrobes)
• Create visual content highlighting design, finishes, materials & functionality
• Document factory processes (paint shop, customization, tech integration)
• Produce reels, walkthroughs, before–after videos, testimonials & team culture stories
• Ensure brand consistency, premium appeal, and storytelling in all content

3. B2B-Focused Content Development

• Create targeted content for architects, interior designers, builders & channel partners
• Develop short-form videos showcasing manufacturing capabilities (e.g., German software)
• Assist in creating branding collaterals and presentations for B2B outreach

4. Community Management & Engagement

• Professionally handle comments, DMs, and inquiries across platforms
• Engage with satisfied clients for UGC (user-generated content)
• Build connections with influencers, interior designers & brand partners

5. Paid Promotions & Lead Generation (PPC)

• Run targeted ad campaigns to generate leads for:
• B2C: Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes
• B2B: New dealer recruitment & project inquiries
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations

6. Analytics & Reporting

• Track engagement, reach, leads, and conversions using analytics tools
• Share performance reports bi-weekly with improvement suggestions

7. Trend Monitoring & Brand Positioning

• Stay up to date on furniture design trends, seasonal preferences & market behavior
• Ensure Radiance stays positioned as a leader in design, quality, and service

8. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with:
• Design Team – for showcasing new concepts
• Production & Execution Teams – for process content
• Sales Team – for aligning campaigns with current offers
• Management – for approvals and strategic direction
