Qualifications: MBA in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations/MSW. Candidates with an LLB will be given preference. Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment. In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
