Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities Develop and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and processes Monitor and measure the effectiveness of experience experiments and make relevant recommendations to the stakeholders Ability to create presentation and make presentations to multiple audiences Provide technical guidance and collaborate with Development and Tagging teams Work hand in hand with the Pods and Test leads Locate and define new process improvement opportunities What We’re Looking For… You will need to Have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical field Four or more years of relevant work experience. Deep understanding of Digital Analytics and campaign measurements In-depth knowledge and experience of Experimentation and Optimization and experience in statistical analysis Experience in tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc Ability to write SQL queries and scripts Experience working in Content square, session replay or tools with similar capabilities Working knowledge of One Jira or any ticketing tool Strong problem-solving, analytical, and research capabilities Even Better if you have one or more of the following: Master’s degree or PhD in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of relational databases like Teradata, EDW data warehouses Experience with dashboard creation using visualization tools (Tableau/QLIK) Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
