Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandising Manager located in Bengaluru. The Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing window displays, managing in-store layouts, and ensuring the presentation of products aligns with the company's brand image. Additional responsibilities include team management, collaborating with sales teams to create effective merchandising strategies, and ensuring that all stores meet company standards. The role also requires regular communication with the store management team to optimize store displays based on sales data and customer feedback. Qualifications Strong skills in Window Displays and Store Management Experience in Communication and Sales Proficiency in Team Management Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams Relevant experience in the retail or furniture industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field
