Job_Description":" Key Responsibilities Serveas the primary point of contact for SAP PP module support post-implementation. Guideand support end users in production, planning, and shop floor teams toeffectively use SAP for daily operations. Conducttraining sessions, workshops, and floor support to ensure users understand SAPPP workflows, such as production order creation, BOM management, and MRP runs. Customizeand fine-tune the SAP PP system to align with the specific needs of thefurniture manufacturing process, including made-to-order and made-to-stockmodels. Workclosely with plant heads, planners, and warehouse teams to ensure propermaterial flow and production scheduling in SAP. Assistin master data setup and maintenance (Materials, Work Centers, BOMs, Routings). Identifygaps, report issues, and collaborate with the SAP implementation partner orinternal IT team to implement fixes or enhancements. MonitorKPIs post-implementation to assess SAP adoption and efficiency improvements. Ensureproper documentation of SAP processes and create user manuals and SOPs. Requirements Minimum3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP module. Experiencein SAP end-user support, training, and post-go-live stabilization is essential. Understandingof furniture manufacturing workflows, such as custom orders, modular designs,work center capacity, and shop floor routing. Knowledgeof integration with MM, SD, and WM modules. Stronggrasp of SAP PP configuration including Production Orders, MRP, Work Centers,BOMs, and Routings. Experiencewith SAP S/4HANA is preferred. Abilityto communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and with non-technicalusers. Proactive,solution-oriented approach with strong analytical skills ","
