Visa Officer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Officer to lead and manage the documentation and visa filing process for students applying to study abroad. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of visa requirements for major study destinations (such as the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and European countries), and be capable of managing a team responsible for document collection, validation, and visa submission. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the visa documentation team and ensure smooth coordination across all stages of the visa process. • Manage the end-to-end student visa process including pre-assessment, document verification, visa filing, and submission. • Stay updated with changing immigration laws and embassy guidelines for different countries. • Review student profiles and guide them on the correct documentation based on country-specific requirements. • Monitor the timelines and deadlines for application submission to ensure on-time filing. • Handle embassy appointments, visa interviews, and communication with consulates or VFS centers as required. • Provide support in the resolution of complex cases and escalations related to visa rejections or delays. • Train and guide junior staff and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards. • Maintain accurate records of all student files and visa statuses. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in administration, immigration, or international studies). • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in student visa processing within the overseas education or immigration industry. • Excellent knowledge of visa rules and procedures for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple visa applications simultaneously. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with documentation portals, embassy websites, and VFS procedures. ⸻
