An understanding of System administration including Windows operating systems, Windows SQL, Data centre infrastructure, Virtualization and backup solution An understanding of general cargo workflows and exposure to terminal billing systems is a plus. A customer-first approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Hands-on experience in business application support, configuration, and project execution. An ability to manage cross-functional coordination with technical and operational teams. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and operational best practices.
