The engineer will have a lot of varied responsibilities, ranging from solution based feature/functionality testing to handling customer deployment issues or escalations. Understand the Arista Wi-Fi cloud architecture, its components, and related products. Work with software development, test engineers and field support engineers to gather technical requirements, participate in functional specification and software design reviews, and validate that the product meets our customers requirements. Own the feature and product; be the subject matter expert for your deliverables. Be the first point of contact for field escalations.
