Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing compelling video content that aligns with Rasa Derm’s premium brand image and enhances our presence across digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, website, and in-clinic displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for promotional, educational, testimonial, treatment demonstrations, and campaign content.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to brainstorm and storyboard video concepts that align with campaign objectives.
• In-Clinic Content: Capture real-time footage of treatments, client transformations (with consent), expert bytes, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle shots that reflect the Rasa Derm brand.
• Post-Production: Edit videos using advanced software to add transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, audio, color grading, and effects for a polished output.
• Platform Optimization: Create video content tailored to formats suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts/Longs, Facebook, and paid ad campaigns.
• Content Archiving: Maintain an organized digital library of raw and final assets for future use.
• Tech Setup & Lighting: Ensure optimal lighting, sound, and camera settings for various shoot environments—clinic interiors, interviews, events, and outdoor shoots.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with content trends, video styles, and platform algorithms to keep our content fresh and high-performing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, preferably in the beauty, wellness, health, or fashion sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, color, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment and interacting with clients and staff professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphic design and animation skills are a big plus.
• Experience working with influencers, models, or beauty brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,286.37 - ₹30,000.00 per month
