Role Overview:

We are looking for a Visual Communication Associate with a strong interest in video editing and storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a high-energy agency environment while working on real client projects from multiple industries.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in editing short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms (social media, ads, reels, etc.)

• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to bring campaign ideas to life through compelling video edits

• Support in creating video teasers, product promos, reels, and brand stories

• Work with footage, graphics, sound, and transitions to enhance the viewing experience

• Stay updated on the latest video trends, formats, and platform-specific styles (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

• Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual storytelling across all video content

• Occasionally assist with basic graphic design tasks if needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)

• A creative mindset with an eye for detail, pacing, and storytelling

• Familiarity with social media content styles and trends

• Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced work environment

• Good team collaboration and communication skills
