Video Editor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling video content that aligns with our brand’s voice and storytelling objectives. You’ll lead video editing projects from concept to completion, bringing creative visions to life and elevating the quality of visual communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the post-production process for a variety of video projects, including brand films, social media content, promotional videos, interviews, event highlights, and more.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project goals and develop innovative editing solutions.
• Manage all aspects of video editing – cutting, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and finishing.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content under tight deadlines.
• Maintain an organized workflow with file management, naming conventions, and version control.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continually elevate the quality of our content.
• Contribute to pre-production planning and creative brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor in a fast-paced creative environment (agency, studio, startup, or similar).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging content.
• Knowledge of audio mixing, motion graphics, and color correction techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with animation, 2D/3D graphics, or visual effects.
• Background in cinematography or directing is a plus.
• Familiarity with different aspect ratios and export formats for web, mobile, and broadcast.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
