Swarna Bharat TV—Arka Apex’s soon-to-launch Bharatiya media platform—creates compelling original content that fuses history, culture, spirituality, and science. By joining our early core team, you’ll choose the shows you’re most passionate about and steer each episode from rough cut to final master.

What you’ll do

• Edit & pace

  10-15 min episodes for YouTube (and future OTT), building tight hooks and strong retention peaks.

• Colour-grade

  in

  DaVinci Resolve (Color page)

  or

  Premiere + Lumetri

  —skin-tone balance, scene matching, LUT creation, basic HDR.

• Own the soundtrack

  : dialogue cleanup (EQ, de-noise, de-reverb), SFX layering, music balancing, loudness-norm to –14 LUFS.
• Blend chroma-key plates, AI reenactments and tasteful motion graphics.
• Maintain proxy workflow, naming conventions and backups; export multiple codecs and run final QC.
• Work closely with DOPs & writers; give feedback on set capture to protect colour latitude and audio quality.

Must-haves

• 3–5 yrs

  professional editing with a reel that showcases

  both colour work and sound mixes

• Expert in

  Resolve

  (Colour + Fairlight) or Premiere + Lumetri + Audition.
• Confident on scopes, secondary corrections, noise/hum removal, music ducking.
• Can deliver a polished 12-min doc in ≤ 4 days.
• Ready to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and iterate quickly in a startup environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Resolve Fusion / After Effects motion-graphics.
• Thumbnail A/B testing experience.
• Passion for Indian heritage stories.
