Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and diligent Scriptwriter & Researcher to join our dynamic team. You will turn dense scripture, history, and ritual into engaging, binge-worthy scripts for documentaries, talk shows, and short-form video programmes across Swarna Bharat . Brilliant writing and rigorous research are non-negotiable ; comfortable on-camera delivery is a welcome plus. Key Responsibilities: Conduct deep-dive research into Vedas, Purāṇas (e.g., Viṣṇu Purāṇa), epics, commentaries, academic papers, oral histories , and current events. Develop original concepts and story angles that align with Swarna Bharat ’s ethos. Craft 1,800–2,000-word scripts (in Roman Hindi + English ) using a tight three-act structure and compelling hooks. Write, edit, and revise content for clarity, engagement, and philosophical integrity. Fact-check and cite every verse, chapter, or document ; ensure cultural sensitivity and accuracy. Pitch story ideas and maintain a rolling content calendar. Collaborate with producers, editors, and AI/graphics teams to align narrative and visuals. Stay updated on trends in Bharatiya culture, spirituality, and heritage scholarship. Support with promo copy, episode summaries, and team brainstorms. Own the soundtrack : dialogue cleanup (EQ, de-noise, de-reverb), SFX layering, music balancing, loudness-norm to –14 LUFS. Blend chroma-key plates, AI reenactments and tasteful motion graphics. Maintain proxy workflow, naming conventions and backups; export multiple codecs and run final QC. Work closely with DOPs & writers; give feedback on set capture to protect colour latitude and audio quality.
