Position Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and vigilant individuals to join our surveillance operations team as Video Analysts. In this role, you will be responsible for real-time video monitoring of multiple client locations, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring prompt reporting and escalation as per standard protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage from multiple client sites in real-time.
• Detect and accurately report any unusual or suspicious activity in accordance with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain clear, concise, and accurate daily activity logs and incident records.
• Escalate critical incidents to designated contacts or emergency services based on established escalation guidelines.
• Ensure strict compliance with security protocols and operational procedures.
• Generate and submit detailed incident reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Retrieve and provide relevant video footage and evidence for investigations.
• Conduct system health checks and promptly report technical malfunctions or disruptions.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in CCTV surveillance, control room operations, or security monitoring preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify even minor on-screen irregularities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick decision-making skills and ability to respond effectively during incidents.
• Familiarity with Video Management Systems (VMS) and general computer operations.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong commitment to data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (No active backlogs).
