Description

The UAM - Lead will oversee the user access management processes, ensuring that user access rights are granted and revoked in compliance with company policies and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UAM team to ensure effective execution of user access management processes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for UAM to enhance security and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to address any access-related issues and implement improvements.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in user access management.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in User Access Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) systems.
• Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or similar.
• Proficient in using access management tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, SailPoint).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
