US IT Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to help our Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients fill their open IT positions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Find IT and Engineering candidates using Ceipal, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and Ceipal's internal database.
• Check if candidates have the right skills based on client needs.
• Verify US work visas to ensure they are genuine.
• Use Microsoft Word to format resumes properly.
• Understand and analyze technical job descriptions.
• Review and select resumes that match job requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must have a background in Computer Science.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
• Good knowledge of US tax terms, US time zones, and US visa types.
• Understanding of modern technologies like Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, CAD, CAM, CAE, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,500.98 - ₹43,075.69 per month
