Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Vadodara. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. This role will also involve working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies. The recruiter will need to keep track of recruiting metrics to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Recruiting
• Strong Hiring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
