Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and ensuring successful placements. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging with potential candidates, utilizing various recruitment tools and strategies, conducting candidate interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and maintaining recruitment databases.

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of the IT industry and technical roles
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in US IT recruitment preferred
