About the Role:

Upwork Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively search, bid, and secure projects on

  Upwork and similar freelance platforms

  .
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project delivery.
• Monitor Upwork profiles, optimize bidding strategies, and ensure a strong win rate.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1-2 years of proven experience

  in Upwork or freelance platform sales.
• Strong knowledge of

  IT services

  (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and client handling abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour is a plus.
• Understanding of international sales and lead generation processes.
• Ability to write compelling proposals that win clients.
