UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1.5+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and implement feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure designs are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and design guidelines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation. Requirements: 1.5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design roles. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Experience in responsive design and cross-platform compatibility. Understanding of UX processes, user-centric design, and accessibility. Good communication and teamwork skills. Nice to Have: Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or design systems. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration.
