Job Title: UI/UX Designer – Mobile, Web & IoT Experience (Figma Expert)

What You’ll Do

* Design intuitive and visually appealing mobile app interfaces (Flutter-based) for device control, provisioning, automations, and scheduling.

* Create responsive web dashboard UIs for OEMs, internal tools, and platform users.

* Build and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma for consistency across platforms.

* Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and high-quality implementation.

* Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and user flows using Figma.

* Lead UX efforts including user research, persona development, and usability testing.

* Design branded digital experiences for our websites, landing pages, and social content.

* Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability findings.

Requirements

✅ Must-Have:

* 3–6 years of UI/UX design experience for mobile and web platforms.

* Expert-level Figma skills – components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and developer handoff.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, clean UI and mobile-first thinking.

* Experience working with Flutter teams or understanding Flutter-specific design constraints.

* Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.

* Ability to manage design projects end-to-end – from concept to delivery.

✅ Nice-to-Have:

* Experience in designing for IoT products or smart home systems.

* Animation/motion skills (e.g., Lottie or After Effects).

* Understanding of responsive web design and basic front-end development concepts.

* Experience designing for BLE/Wi-Fi provisioning, device control flows, or MQTT-based apps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹173,374.34 - ₹830,357.93 per year
