We seamlessly integrate expert-led offline tuition, core academic mastery, Olympiad preparation, and parent engagement — all within a structured system.We’re on a mission to redefine the tuition system, beginning from Varanasi and rapidly expanding across India.Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for passionate and skilled teachers who are eager to teach and mentor students offline (in-person). You will play a critical role in guiding young minds academically and preparing them for competitive exams through engaging and effective teaching techniques.Teach students from Classes 4 to 8 based on your subject expertise (CBSE/ICSE curriculum).Conduct offline classes 6 days a week.Provide academic mentorship, support students’ learning goals, and foster confidence.Prepare students for Olympiads and other competitive exams through specialized training.Maintain regular communication with parents to provide progress updates and counselling when needed.Help maintain a structured and engaging learning environment.RequirementsProficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A passion for teaching and the ability to guide and inspire children.Willingness to teach independently in offline settings (at students’ homes or designated locations).Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.Should have a working smartphone.ExperienceMinimum 6 months of teaching experience, ORDemonstrated exceptional teaching skills with a strong passion for education.What You’ll GetComprehensive training and a completion certificate.Performance-based incentives and a clear path for growth (opportunity to lead teams).Opportunity to work with an innovative and fast-growing education brand.Letter of recommendation for high performers.Monthly compensation (based on daily/hourly teaching schedule).
