• Proven experience working as a Senior Application support or similar IT role - mainly JAVA related applications.
• Familiarity with all business functions required within an IT development/support team.
• Experience of supporting applications hosted in AWS.
• ITIL knowledge - Incident/Problem/Change/Release Management.
• Familiar with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Datadog, Splunk etc..
• Technical experience with Windows, Linux/Unix, Oracle/PostGre/PLSQL, Core JAVA/J2EE, OOPS concepts, Middleware technologies etc..
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem solving, analytical mind, organising and time management skills.
• Knowledge of versioning/repositories like GitHub, SVN etc.
• Knowledge in Airline domain is an added advantage.
• Nice to have experience in DevOps.
• Flexible to work in shifts, On-Call support on weekends.
