Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter specializing in US bench sales, located in the Greater Kolkata Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sales recruitment and full-life cycle recruiting. They will also be involved in hiring processes, account management, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
• Hiring and Account Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
