Travel & Expense Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: Manage and further develop the Concur T&E System for IPG’s operating units. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage the relationship between IPG Agencies, Concur Team, and Concur Technologies Develop Concur and its reporting to support IPG’s SP&P Manage the Shared Services Concur T&E team Further develop and communication Concur T&E information to IPG agencies’ senior management Manage the IPG Concur development direction and migrants from the business side Explore any efficiency that can be gained by looking at current processes Participate in all SOX training for the Concur system Review all metrics for T&E Regular and reliable attendance required Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance At least ten years in an accounting function, working with expenses Three to five years in a supervisory role is a must Experience with Project Management is required Must possess strong decision making skills Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed SHIFT SCHEDULE 7.30 p.m. - 4.a.m. Show more Show less
