Hiring for – Travel Desk Executive. Job Location: - Pune (NIBM). Experience: - 1+ Years. Notice Period: Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.​ About the Role:- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Desk Executive to manage and coordinate travel arrangements for our employees and management. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless travel experiences, handle related administrative tasks, and provide exceptional support in office hospitality services.​ Job Roles and Responsibilities: - Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets. Vendor Management: Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to secure the best rates and services. Itinerary Management: Prepare detailed travel itineraries and communicate any changes or updates promptly to traveller’s. Visa and Documentation: Handle visa applications and ensure all necessary travel documents are prepared and submitted timely. Expense Reporting: Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and assist in budget management. Office Hospitality: Oversee cafeteria and pantry services, ensuring a pleasant environment for staff. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries and provide timely assistance to employees. Emergency Handling: Address last-minute travel changes or emergencies efficiently and calmly. Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to company policies and procedures.
