Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager located in Azamgarh. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, assessing training needs, and implementing effective training solutions. The role includes preparing training materials, coordinating with different departments, conducting workshops and seminars, and monitoring the progress of trainees. Additionally, the Training Manager will evaluate the success of training programs and adjust as necessary to enhance employee performance and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs and conducting workshops and seminars
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills to identify training needs and monitor progress
• Excellent written and verbal communication along with coordination skills
• Proficiency in preparing training materials and implementing training solutions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven experience in a training manager role or similar position is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
