Training Coordinator

Location: Hybrid (Work from Home + Weekly Office Visit) 🏢 Organization: RealMR Academy – MR Skill Training Institute Job Summary:We are looking for a smart, responsible and proactive female candidate to coordinate our day-to-day training operations, handle parent and student communication, and assist in class and content management. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily MR field training schedules (match trainees with trainers) Manage trainee-parent communication, resolve general issues Guide trainees during room allocation & assist trainers during visits Maintain daily trainee records (Excel/Google Sheet) Setup and monitor Zoom/Google Meet online classes Assist teachers in content readiness Handle incoming calls/enquiries from students/parents Coordinate with website developer and post content/updates Share 1 Facebook post weekly (caption/image ready) Help in seminar coordination, follow-up with leads Required Skills:Fluent in Bengali + Basic English communication Confident over phone, polite and professional Basic digital skills: WhatsApp, Google Docs, Canva, Zoom Organized and good at follow-ups Prior experience in coordination/academic handling is a plus Job Type:Part-time (Flexible hours) Work from Home 1 office visit per week (for trainee assistance + meeting) Salary: Growth potential & incentives available Based on experience & performance
