The TPA Coordinator is responsible for handling all processes related to cashless claims, insurance billing, coordination with insurance companies and corporate clients, and ensuring seamless processing of patient claims. The role demands a thorough understanding of TPA guidelines and policies relevant to ophthalmic care.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in TPA or healthcare insurance processes.

• Coordinate with insurance companies and patients for documentation and approvals.

• Verify claims, ensure accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain records of claims, approvals, and settlements.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Administration preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in TPA/Insurance billing, preferably in a hospital.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance claim procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
