Job Description

Samved e-Care Pvt Ltd is one of India’s leading healthcare claim and TPA service providers, empowering hospitals with smarter, faster, and more efficient claim processing systems.


We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented TPA Assistant to join our team in Ahmedabad — someone who’s ready to grow in the healthcare administration space and help streamline cashless claim processes for our partner hospitals.


Location: Ahmedabad


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in cashless claim processing and documentation.


Coordinate with hospitals, patients, and insurance TPAs to ensure timely claim submissions and approvals.


Handle data entry, verification, and maintain accurate patient records.


Follow up on pending approvals and escalate discrepancies.


Provide support in client communication and backend claim management.


Ensure all processes align with internal and regulatory guidelines.


Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in any field (TPA/Insurance/Healthcare background preferred).


Education: Graduation or 12+3 diploma (mandatory).


Good communication and organizational skills.


Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
