Tour & Travels Executive

We are looking a dynamic and customer-focused Tour & Travels Executive to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating customized travel packages, coordinating travel arrangements, handling client queries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers.

Job Description :-

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
• Design customized itineraries based on client needs and preferences.
• Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotel bookings, transportation & sightseeing,
• Prepare quotations and negotiate rates.
• Convert inquiries into sales through communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer feedback.
• Resolve travel-related issues or emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, new destinations, and packages.
• Handle post-travel follow-ups to ensure customer happiness and drive long-term loyalty.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
