Tour Operator

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Holiday Consultant to curate unforgettable holiday experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for crafting personalized holiday packages, managing end-to-end bookings, and providing expert advice across domestic and international destinations. The role also includes mentoring junior consultants and helping the team meet sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Understand client preferences, budgets, and interests to design customized holiday itineraries. Plan and book complete travel packages including flights, hotels, activities, transfers, travel insurance, and visas. Stay up to date with seasonal promotions, destination updates, and travel advisories. Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins with professionalism and enthusiasm. Provide destination expertise and insider tips to enhance customer experiences. Follow up on leads, generate quotations, and close sales to meet individual and team targets. Manage changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel issues efficiently and empathetically. Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and after-sales support. Support training and onboarding of junior team members. Maintain accurate records in CRM and booking systems. Coordinate with tour operators, DMCs, and other vendors for best deals and arrangements. Requirements: 4–6+ years of experience in holiday sales or leisure travel consulting. In-depth knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations. Experience with travel booking platforms, GDS (optional), and CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales acumen and customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and within a team. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Desirable Qualities: Passionate about travel and customer experiences. Capable of multitasking and handling peak season pressures. Creative in itinerary design and holiday planning. Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
