Tosca Automation Lead

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Coimbatore

Type: C2H (Contract to Hire) – 6 months and Above

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled Tosca Automation Lead to drive test automation strategy and implementation using Tricentis Tosca and modern QA practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tosca certifications, a strong grasp of CI/CD, and exposure to cloud-native and API testing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end automation using Tricentis Tosca across UI, API, and DB layers
Design and maintain reusable test modules and framew+++orks
Integrate Tosca with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure test coverage and quality gates
Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices in test design and automation
Stay current with Tosca certifications and evolving test automation trends

Required Skills:

8+ years in QA with 4+ years in Tosca automation
Certified in Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 & 2 (AS1, AS2) or higher (e.g., Test Architect 1)2
Strong knowledge of test case design, modular frameworks, and test data management
Experience with API testing, service virtualization, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, BDD, and DevOps practices.
