Job Responsibilities:
Administer and configure BMC TrueSight Server Automation.
Develop and manage automation scripts for server provisioning, patching, and compliance.
Monitor and analyze server performance and ensure optimal configuration.
Perform audits to ensure server configurations comply with standards.
Manage and deploy software packages and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server automation.
Integrate TrueSight with other IT management tools.
Create and maintain documentation for automation processes and configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize server management.
Provide technical support and training to users and IT staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of experience in server automation and management.
Proficiency in BMC TrueSight Server Automation and related tools.
Strong understanding of server provisioning, patching, and compliance.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Professional).
