Territory Sales Manager
EXp- 5-7 years in a bakery industry
1. Sales Growth & Revenue Achievement by adding customer + servicing existing customer.
KRA: Drive consistent growth in sales and revenue across the assigned territory, with growth at maximum 15% YOY
2. Territory Expansion & Market Penetration as per annual plan discussing
KRA: Expand footprint and increase share in existing and new sub-segments within the territory.
Launch new products successfully
3. Customer Relationship Management
KRA: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
Resolve client complaints within 24 hours
4. Team Leadership & Development
5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis to be shamed on a month to month basis
KRA: Monitor, analyze, and report on market trends and competitive movements to upgrade strategy.
6. Sales Forecasting & Reporting
Timely submission of weekly/monthly sales reports with actionable insights to the management.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
KRA: Partner with marketing, product, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure product availability and alignment in territory with supply chain plans
8. Budget & Resource Management
KRA: Optimize use of sales resources including tools, promo budgets, and field expense allocations.
