Tendering and Estimation Executive

Job Description

Identify relevant tenders and assess eligibility, technical requirements, and submission procedures. Coordinate the preparation of commercial and technical bids in line with client requirements. Ensure all tender documents, including supporting legal, financial, and technical paperwork, are complete and compliant. Liaise with internal departments (engineering, finance, legal, etc.) to gather inputs for bid compilation. Scan government/private portals and newspapers for new tender opportunities Analyze tender eligibility criteria, scope, terms & conditions Prepare, compile, and format technical and commercial documents Coordinate with the estimation team to finalize BOQ pricing Respond to pre-bid queries, attend pre-bid meetings, and maintain clarification records Ensure timely submission of complete bid packages (online/hard copy) Collect and incorporate subcontractor/vendor quotes as needed Track submitted tenders, respond to post-bid clarifications or negotiation. Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Perform detailed rate analysis for material, labor, equipment, and overheads. Provide cost data for tendering, project planning, and execution budgeting. Support the tendering team with pricing and technical clarification during bid submission.
