Job Summary - The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end project management of complex government IT Infrastructure and Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) projects from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale, complex Government IT Infra & CNS projects from initiation to delivery. Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers. Candidate should have good knowledge of government customer and client interaction. Requirements: • 12+ years of experience in end to end project management, with a focus on IT/CNS/Telecom/Electronics or similar fields. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering large-scale road/highway construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline adherence. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of road and highway projects. Manage overall site operations, resources, and project schedules. Coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, contractors, and suppliers. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
