Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the calling team
  • Monitor call quality and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Allocate leads and track team performance metrics
  • Conduct regular training to improve communication and sales techniques
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and customer handling protocols
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Collaborate with management to align team goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in team handling or supervisory roles in telecalling/ BPO/ customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and call tracking software
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
