Job Description

  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients including retailers, resellers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and wholesale clients.
  • Conduct regular sales visits, attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Understand client requirements and offer customized product solutions.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams for made-to-order or large-volume requests.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
  • Maintain client database.
  • Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategic improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven 2+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably in jewellery.
  • Strong understanding of gold, diamond, or fashion jewellery is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed (domestic).
