Pitch products/services clearly, confidently, and persuasively. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads and close sales to meet targets. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with patience and clarity. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate call details and outcomes. Share daily call reports and sales updates with the reporting manager. Achieve weekly/monthly sales and call targets. Stay updated with product knowledge, offers, and market trends. Coordinate with the sales/support team for smooth order processing and customer handling. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Executive or a similar role, preferably in corporate gifting. Experience in telecalling , telesales, BPO or customer service will also be considered. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and online communication channels. Should posses Good computer knowledge. Ability to work independently and in a team.
