Manage customer bookings and update them accurately in the system. Maintain customer records and update necessary information in CRM software and MS Excel. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication. Use MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and tracking bookings. Follow up on customer inquiries that have not been resolved. Adhere to company guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information. Participate in training and team meetings to improve product knowledge and communication skills. Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements. Meet individual and team-based performance targets related to call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and booking accuracy.
