Description

We are seeking a Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates eager to start their career in sales and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
