In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via calls to promote our products or services and generate sales. Responsibilities Calling to prospect leads given by the marketing team and guiding about the product with the motive of converting thre into sales Meeting Sales targets as set by the business Converting the leads to sales closure by convincing the customer to take our paid services of outspark Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system Qualifications Any Bachelor's degree Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable to work in a job nature which is target based 1-year experience or freshers with passion to build a career in sales are welcome Benefits Attractive incentive structure with uncapped earning potential.
