Job Description

Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of telesales representatives. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate telesales calls to ensure quality and adherence to company standards. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Product Knowledge & Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to identify new sales opportunities.
