Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Coimbatore. The Telemarketer will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our web development services. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers, managing call logs, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing client interactions
Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Coimbatore
Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or sales are beneficial
